About our document storage service
Our document storage service is suitable for businesses of all sizes — including SMEs, law firms, medical clinics and any organisation that needs to store physical files, records or paperwork for compliance, tax or audit purposes.
Your document boxes are sealed and stored in our professionally managed facility with 24/7 surveillance. Each box is assigned a unique serialised seal number so we can locate it precisely when you need it.
Log in to your account, quote the seal number of the box you need, and schedule a retrieval. We will deliver the box to your office by the next working day. You do not need to retrieve all boxes — individual box retrieval is available.
Storage is charged per box per month. Document boxes start from $4 per box per month. For 200 boxes or more, pricing starts from $2 per box per month. A 10% discount applies for storage of 6 months or more. New customers who commit to 6 months receive 1 month free — speak to us for details.
Each box must not exceed 20kg. Documents and A4 files can be heavy — we recommend splitting them across more boxes if needed. Boxes exceeding 20kg will incur a surcharge of $2/kg above the limit.
Our facility is not air-conditioned. Based on our experience, stored items are well-maintained. For temperature-sensitive documents we recommend appropriate packaging. Standard business documents stored in sealed boxes are not typically affected.
